Yoga is an ancient art and science with the ultimate aim of providing a path to inner stillness, peace and oneness.
Yoga teaches us to live in the present moment, to remember our true nature and to surrender to grace.

There are many interpretations of Yoga. From devotional and service orientated to hot and physical. So where does Thrive Yoga fit in the mix? Thrive Yoga is essentially Hatha Yoga. Most commonly known Western Yoga styles fit into this category. ‘Ha’ is sun, ‘tha’ is moon – thus, Hatha is the Yoga of balance.
