Thrive Yoga Returns and Refunds Policy
Thrive Yoga operates with full integrity to bring products to you that are of a high quality. We trust that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case please review our Refund Policy.
SECTION 1 – RETURNS
If you have changed your mind about a product and it is in re-saleable condition (unopened, with undamaged packaging) you can return it within 20 days of receipt for a full refund. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To complete your return, please wrap your returned product well (products that have been damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded) and return it to us with your order number as a reference. Please note that returned postage is at your expense.

SECTION 2 – REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten working days.
SECTION 3 – LATE REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SECTION 4 – SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
