Thrive Yoga believes that Yoga is available to everybody. We all bring our unique body’s and life experiences to Yoga but beyond this uniqueness is a oneness that Yoga taps into.
Thrive Yoga offers community Yoga classes in Ryal Bush, near Winton, Southland.
These are held in eight-week blocks during the school term.

5.30 – 6.45 pm, Dynamic Yoga Class
7.00 – 8.00 pm, Gentle Yoga Class

(from State Highway 6 heading towards Invercargill, turn right on to Ryal Bush Wallacetown Road, then turn right onto Ryal Bush School Road).
DYNAMIC YOGA CLASS
Experiencing the integration of breath and dynamic movement; suitable for people that have previously practiced Yoga and/or those with a good level of fitness.
Incorporating vinyasa (flow) and deep asana is woven with Yogic philosophy.
GENTLE YOGA CLASS
Exploring the foundations of Yoga through the unison of breath and movement; suitable for people new to Yoga and/or those seeking to gently bring flexibility and space into the body as well as calm to the mind.
Incorporates postural alignment; mindfulness; the essence of the breath and relaxation.
UNIVERSAL YOGA CLASS
This is the class that explores deeper than a beginners session and yet softer than a dynamic class. Breath and conscious movement combine with tools to feel into our experience gracefully.
1 hour class – Eight week block is $72 ($9 per class)
1.15 hour class – Eight week block is $88 ($11 per class).
Casual class rate is $15.
The sense of connection that arises when people share Yoga together is an intention of Thrive Yoga.
In addition to regular classes Thrive Yoga partners with organisations such as corporate groups and charities
to take Yoga into communities.
Thrive Yoga also offers private one-to-one Yoga sessions with individuals tailored to their requirements.
